History and Present

The company DATASYS has been established on 9th May 1994 as private limited company. It focuses on specialized services in the field of information technologies with orientation to services with high added value and development of own software in the unified communication field. The headquater is in Prague and branches are in Hradec Kralove and Plzen.

DATASYS have gradually become one of the important subject on the market of information technologies in Czech Republic. In the year 2000 DATASYS received the quality cetrification ISO 9001 for providing services and software development. Than in the year 2003 DATASYS received ISO 9001:2000 certificate.

Business Focus

With respect to maximal orientation towards requirements of the customer, personal involvement of each individual person and effort to be still among first, the company is divided in three business units with clear focus on the given area, which are:

Implementation department - analyses, designs, implementations and support of information technologies

Tailored development
a) Tailored development according to clients needs with focus on mobile communication, access channels integration, web services, company infractructure upgrade integration, custommer support systems.

b) Development and distribution of own products in messaging systems section.

The basic company intention have been providing services to customer on high professional level from foundation of the company.

Implementation department
Through this business unit the company DATASYS provides deliveries of technical devices, program equipment and complex services in following areas:
Networks and Information systems administration - Administration using IBM TIVOLI, HP OpenView, Microsoft SMS and other applications.
Security and Viruses defence - Networks and systems security, user authetication, secure communication with internet, viruses defence.
eBusiness access channels - GSM banking, access channels integration, portal solutions.
eLearning - electronic forms of learning.
Message exchange systems - email systems upgraded with voice, fax and GSM integration modules.

Tailored development
a) One of key areas of DATASYS is development of own software area of messaging and communication. The main emphasis is laid on high technical level, stability, reliability and also on maximal comfort of end customer during design a development. Due these features and high level of technical support the company DATASYS is able to break through demanding European market via authorized partners.

Main developed DATASYS products are applications covered by "Datasys Unified Messaging System" brand. It consists of 4 basic modules: FaxChange, VoiceChange, MobilChange, CallChange and customer support system Help.i.

b) Next important domain in creating specialized program equipment according to customer needs with focus on mobile communication, access channels integration, web services, company infrastructure upgrade solutions integration, customer support systems.

The most important domain is Customer Support. DATASYS integrated ISO 9001:2000 to improve the quality of offered services. Every customer with service contract has access to customer support system Help.i where he can enter any problem and wath the solution of his problem.
