CallChange has been equipped with a new component CxSoundCard Recorder, which enables you to record phone calls in your company. This component can be used by small companies for calls monitoring as well as in larger companies using call centres and wanting to monitor communication with customers. Phone calls are recorded from the moment the communication is started right until the end of the call. These records are stored centrally for future use.
